Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of allforxmas.com (“AllForXmas”), which is run by Shmeer Digital (“we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using the site

AllForXmas is free to use for personal, family, classroom and workplace celebrations. You agree not to misuse it: don’t try to break or overload it, get round its limits, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send messages people haven’t asked for.

Secret Santa

When you create a group, you confirm that the people you add would expect to take part, and that you are allowed to give us their names and email addresses for this purpose. Anyone holding a group’s private link can use it, so keep links to yourself and the person they were sent to. We may limit, suspend or delete groups that are being used to send unwanted email. How we handle this information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Tools are guidance

The Tree Planner, Gift Finder and other tools give suggestions from the information you enter and the product details we hold. Before you buy, check the retailer’s current listing for measurements, price, availability and delivery dates, and measure your space. We work hard to keep product details accurate, but we can’t guarantee that a product will fit, suit you, or arrive in time.

Retailers and other sites

Product links take you to other companies’ sites, such as Amazon. Anything you buy there is between you and that retailer, under its terms. Some of these links earn us a commission. See our affiliate disclosure. Radio stations are provided by third parties, and we don’t control what they broadcast or whether a station is available where you are.

Our content

The site’s text, games, illustrations and design belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You’re welcome to play the games, print the printable pages for your own events and classrooms, and share links to any page. Please don’t republish our content or sell it without asking first.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything arising from products you buy from retailers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer outside the United States, you also keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
