AllForXmas earns money through affiliate links. When you follow a link from one of our tools to a retailer and buy something, that retailer may pay us a small commission. It costs you nothing — the price is the same as going there directly.

The part that matters more: commission never changes what we recommend. The Tree Planner matches trees on measurements. It compares the height of a tree once its stand and your topper are counted against your ceiling, and its base diameter against the space you told us you have. A tree that does not fit is not shown, however well it pays. A tree that fits is shown even if it pays nothing.

We also tell you when we have nothing to recommend. If no tree in our catalogue fits your room, the planner says so and explains which measurement is the problem, rather than showing you the nearest thing and hoping.

What we show, and what we don’t

We do not display Amazon prices. Amazon’s terms only permit showing prices pulled live from their Product Advertising API, and we do not use it, so we send you to the listing to see the current price rather than quote one that might be out of date. Where a retailer does permit us to show a price, we show the date we checked it.

Every product in our catalogue has been checked by a person against the manufacturer’s published specifications. Records we have not verified are never shown as recommendations and cannot produce a purchase link.
