About the 2026 season and how to watch
Hallmark’s 2026 Countdown to Christmas season brings 34 new original holiday movies to Hallmark Channel. The season runs from mid-October through the weekend before Christmas, with new premieres on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The schedule also includes Hanukkah stories alongside Christmas romances, family stories and a little holiday magic. See Hallmark’s official 2026 preview for the network’s latest announcements.
The list above is arranged by premiere date and will be updated if Hallmark adds a movie, changes a time or publishes more details. If you are planning viewing nights, our Christmas countdown can help you keep track of how close the holidays are.
You can watch the premieres live on Hallmark Channel through a participating cable or satellite provider. Hallmark also says selected programming from Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Mystery and Hallmark Family is available through major live-TV streaming providers; use its channel locator to see the options available for your ZIP code. The 2026 movie pages state that new Hallmark Channel films stream the next day on Hallmark+, which also carries live channels and a library of Hallmark movies and series. Availability can vary by provider and can change, so check the official schedule before you settle in.
